These terms apply to use of the Lush Locks by Hollie website and to enquiries submitted through it.
Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability and may require a consultation before a fitting, refit, scalp treatment, styling service or removal is booked. A consultation helps assess suitability, colour match, hair amount, method choice and maintenance needs.
Deposits
A £10 consultation deposit is required to secure an appointment. If you need to rearrange, please contact Hollie as soon as possible.
Prices
Prices displayed on this website may vary depending on the service, amount of hair, method choice and appointment requirements. Hollie can confirm the most suitable option during consultation.
Aftercare
Clients are responsible for following the aftercare guidance provided. Maintenance is recommended every 6-8 weeks. Following aftercare advice helps protect the natural hair and keep extensions looking their best.
